    Commercial Director overseeing close-out of c£55m civil engineering and building works following de-commissioning of time-expired nuclear power station in Essex, including preparation of EOT/Prolongation claim under NEC3 form of contract.

    East London Line Project (Phase 1)
    £700 million design and construction of new railway infrastructure through East London. Managing a team of up to 20 specialist commercial staff and consultants on NEC3 Option C (Target Cost) form of contract.

     

    TAYLOR WOODROW CONTRUCTION (2007-2009) - Senior Commercial Manager

    South Hook LNG Terminal, Milford haven, South Wales
    £100m sub-contract for construction of LNG tanks and associated civil engineering and building works, Overall responsibility for all commercial activities including managing a series of adjudications.

    Dockland Light Railway 3-Car Capacity Enhancement Project, London
    Managing a team of 30 commercial staff on £230m infrastructure improvements project under bespoke design and build contract.

    MAY GURNEY RAIL (2004-2007) - Regional Commercial Manager

    Responsible for commercial management of MG offices in Hertfordshire, London, Bedford and Bristol.

     

    NETWORK RAIL (CTRL) LIMITED (2004) - Senior Commercial Manager

    CTRL Infrastructure Maintenance Contract
    Working with NRL team to provide advice and support in transfer and maintenance of newly completed assets.

    CTRL-Kings Cross Underground Station Redevelopment (2000 – 2003).
    £700m station redevelopment programme. Responsible for a team of 30 commercial staff plus specialist consultants in relation to all commercial activities.
